Refund policy

Subject to the terms of this Return Policy, if you are not satisfied with your purchase of the Vertias Gear, you may request a return and refund within thirty (30) days after the date your item was delivered. 

What products are eligible for returns?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be clean, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Returned items that are damaged or altered in any way (other than by way of defect or damage during transit) are not eligible for return and may be sent back to the customer. We cannot accept returns for orders damaged or missing in transit via a mail forwarder.

How to Return Your Purchase.

You may initiate a request for a return by emailing help@getveritasgear.com, within 30 days of the date your item was delivered, from the email address you used to purchase your order with your name, order number, and the reason for your return (including whether the item is damaged/defective or you did not receive the item). We will then provide you with further instructions as to how to ship back your purchased item(s), including a prepaid, printable label which allows you to return your original item.

If the return is accepted, we will refund the full product price less the value of any discount and shipping charges. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days from the receipt of your returned item for a refund to process. 

By completing a purchase for delivery to Canada and/or initiating a return, you agree to the following authorization required by the CBSA:

Passport Global, Inc. is an approved CREDITS participant with the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA). By ordering goods from Passport Global, Inc., I hereby authorize Border Buddy, an approved customs broker on CREDITS, to act as my agent, and to transact business with the CBSA to obtain the release of my merchandise, account for duties and taxes, return merchandise to Passport Global, Inc., and electronically submit refund claims on my behalf.

I understand that under the CREDITS program, the CBSA will send any refund of duties and taxes that were paid on the returned merchandise to the customs broker (Border Buddy), and that I will obtain the refund directly from Passport Global, Inc.
