Veritas Gear Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Veritas Gear. We strive to get your high-quality gear to you as quickly and securely as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer the following shipping options:

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your package directly through the link provided in the email or on our website.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Veritas Gear is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

For our UK customers: Please be aware that import duties and VAT may be collected by the carrier upon delivery for orders arriving from outside the UK.
5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to the United States and the United Kingdom.

6. Damages and Missing Packages
Veritas Gear is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

7. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Veritas Gear is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at help@getveritasgear.com. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
